When can I expect my first meals after signing up?
Fridays is our cutoff for all new subscriptions. This allows us time to shop and prep our meals fresh each week for each client. So, if you order before the cutoff, you will get your first meals that upcoming Monday. If you order after the cutoff, your meals are shopped for the following week and delivered the following Monday. You will find a notice on each meal product page below the ‘Subscribe Now’ button of when to expect your first delivery and payment. Once you are in our system, your meals are delivered regularly every Sunday and Wednesday between 3pm and 8pm.
If signing up before Friday, your card will only be charged the signup fee. Your meal plan will be charged when we begin preparing your meals. Payments are processed every Friday.
How do I heat my meals?
When are my meals delivered?
Our delivery days are Sundays and Wednesdays between the hours of 3pm and 8pm.
Can I have my meals delivered to my work?
Yes! You can specify where you want your meals delivered at checkout. Just fill in the ‘Shipping Address’ fields on the checkout page. Your delivery charge will then be calculated by your shipping address, otherwise, your billing address will be used. Your delivery address must be within our offered delivery areas.
What cities/towns do you deliver?
Currently, Smashin’ Meals is only available to select areas, you can read a list of those areas below. Please note that some areas will be charged an extra fee for delivery.

Do you offer organic meals?
Yes! We offer a Healthy Eating Organic single meal plan. We plan to offer organic family plans in the near future.
What if I am outside the delivery areas, can I pick up my meals?
Currently, we do not offer meal pick up but you can contact us and let us know you want Smashin’ Meals in your town!
Where can I see details on my subscription?
Once you are a member of Smahin’ Meals, you can log into your account dashboard with the username and password set when you checked out. There you can view all your account details.
Can I suspend my subscription?
Yes! If you need to suspend your subscription for any reason you can do so by logging into your account through the My Account link at the top of this site. There, you will be able to suspend your account. PLEASE NOTE! All suspensions need to take place before midnight on the Thursday prior to the week you want to start the pause on your program. This will make sure you are not charged in the next billing cycle. Our billings happen every Friday. If you have an emergency and cannot suspend your account by the cutoff, please call us at 805-419-0698 and we will do our best to make arrangements.
When you’re are ready to receive your meals again, simply reactivate your subscription within your dashboard.
